It's really the only option. Like you, I have two boys. I want a freer, more prosperous society for them. The powers that be have different ideas. My job is to make their job of subjugating them difficult.

Chinese immigrants that have been in Canada more than 10 years vote overwhelmingly for the Conservatives. They are the most reliably Tory voters in Canada. If the GOP doesn't go after this natural demographic and welcome them into the party than they don't really want to win elections.

Years ago My state had a governor.  He repealed the death penalty and pulled all sorts of murderers juries had convicted off death row.  He was a republican.



Just recently anther guy became governor--he made Illinois a sanctuary state for illegals, AND he set it up so women on medicaid would get taxpayer paid abortions.  He was a republican.



Three of the worst most progtard policies in my states history put in by republicans not democrats.

I follow Israeli politics more than Canadian and American politics. Israel has a real and vibrant right wing. This is something that is lacking in North America. There is no political spectrum on this continent and it makes politics boring to observe. Trump would be Likud lite in Israel. Andrew Scheer would be Kulanu.

Yes there is a Left & Right in North America just like there is everywhere else.



They're just not defined the same way  & their boundaries differ from 1 nation to the next.



It's difficult to compare Israel with Canada or the United States.



I believe Israel is an officially religious state. So is Iran. For better or worse, there are religious parties & religious figures influence legislation in both countries. An equivalent does not exist in Canada. Canada is primarily a secular state with some Judeo Christian influences. However the head of a Chirch does not implement nor have a say in legislation in Canada.

You are absolutely correct. I have lived in countries with a right wing on the political spectrum. Canada and the US are not among them. Old Joe has never been anywhere, so that is why he is so ignorant of what a right wing is. Hell, he compares Israel to Iran. ac_lmfao

As a libertarian, it bothers me that there is no party that represents my views including Maxime Bernier's People's Party. Progressives own the political landscape across North America. There is no left-right, socialist-conservative, liberal-social conservative anymore. It's progressives and those that want to slow, but not reverse their agenda.
