Florida has a very low death rate..

With over 6900 cases today, they had only five deaths..

I assume it's because of the use of monoclonal antibodies.

That's an anomaly of lazy reporting for a particular day - often happens

Florida's death rate per case from the gitgo is ..  1.44% .. and for past 10 weeks is 1.29%

Yours is 0.89%   0.69% respectively

Ours is 1.06%   0.57% respectively

I've been checking in Worldometer over the past two weeks and everytime I've checked, Florida has very low numbers of deaths from COVID.

cc

Maybe antibodies are changing it of late - but those numbers above are accurate for past 10 weeks

Florida had more than ten thousand cases yesterday and only three deaths.....monoclonal antibodies are likely the reason deaths are so low.

I've been checking in Worldometer over the past two weeks and everytime I've checked, Florida has very low numbers of deaths from COVID.

I have seen the same daylies + am accepting that antibodies work well

However, Florida looks like it is pulling a "Sweden" on us by tinkering with daily stats (Sweden made many early claims, then when proven dead wrong played with the daily numbers & got caught with the "total" numbers - then just stopped producing daily numbers at all

The "totals" tell a very different tale for Florida. Subtracting last Saturday's total from todays total (only 6 days) shows 2,299 deaths.

Previous week shows 2,045 - previous to that week shows 2,448 deaths - previous to that week shows 2,684 - all obtained by ignoring daily numbers and simply  subtracting each week's total from the previous weeks total

Using totals for case & deaths, last 10 weeks for Florida shows a steady increase in deaths / case  .. currently at 1.48% = 1 in 73 - That number has increased in fact over last 4 weeks (for example) from 1.35% to 1.48% as of today - very high when placed against other countries, states and provinces for past 10 weeks or any week or weeks  we choose to calculate

For example, as of today using same method we are 0.63% (1 in 158) & you guys are 0.77% as of today ... (1 in 130)

Florida has been one of the highest in deaths / case  for months now & is increasing steadily up to and including today according to totals

We are not getting the straight goods from Florida (at least not daily) just as happened to Sweden long ago when they threw out the rule book on Covid and things went south on them

Again, I'm not knocking antibodies, just using simple math on the totals weekly while ignoring what they give for daily numbers

EDIT - When I run searches I get even different results from different sources - so games are being played - I'll stick with Worldometer totals till someone shows me that is not correct

I don't know, everytime I check Florida's numbers, deaths are low..

Today, with over 770 cases, they had eleven deaths.....the same as Alberta with 1651 cases.

cc

The totals keep going up many times faster than what they claim for dailies - & today was actually 7,753 cases they claim 11 deaths

I will check the total deaths tomorrow vs. total today & for next few days day do same . .. dunno what they are doing with the numbers, but I spotted exactly the same daily  vs weekly discrepancies with Sweden a year ago

The weekly totals I posted above for past 4 weeks including current are spot on exact according to totals shown each Saturday, each at the end of 1 week period .... (and  over 6 days for this current week as week was not yet complete)

.. something is really out of whack the 2 columns (daily & weekly don't match for the same time period

I'll set up a column for daily totals alone and keep track of them .. see how they match totals for each day

Choosing personal health choices is not a conspiracy theory or in the realm of conspiracy theorists...and it's non-negotiable.

If somebody came on your farm (while you farming it or not) and said that you had to relinquish the land or stop farming and stop planting things you could harvest for profit or even sustenance, would you abide by that dictate? A random dictate made from the standpoint of very unsettled science?

I'd wager you would say fuck off. I'd at least hope you would, or the West is fucked...

Well said mate, and you're exactly right. We both know that the vaccine isn't for us, because we both live health lives and don't have compromised immune systems or any underlining health issues...and it's as simple as that. Good on ya for speaking out Dazza!
