I get what old Shen Li is saying. The British and French are a black mark on the European race.

Apparently the deep frying in fat is unique to Scotland.



The other countries boil the chickens in  water..

I aint into fried chicken, but Chinese and South East Asian style fried chicken is better than Southern US style. The American version has too much batter on it.
