I aint into fried chicken, but Chinese and South East Asian style fried chicken is better than Southern US style. The American version has too much batter on it.Quote from: "Herman"

Or a wok or cauldron of fat, palm oil, sesame oil or whatever. Aint nothing new about frying chickens. And it predates the Scots or the Americans.
