Jesus H, what are you guys doing? The rest of the country has slowed the spread at least. Hell, the rest of the continent has too.

We were doing good in January..

The variants spread so easily.

It must be depressing for you Fash ...  & Shen. Seems just keeps going up in daily new cases despite the province trying hard .. while most everyone else around you is going down .. I'm feeling for you guys & for all of Alberta. Your 7 day rolling average just topped 2000 today

For us it's a steady downward trend with  7 day rolling average just over 700 & cases in the high 500s today ... .with 0 new deaths today - BUT still very high hospitalizations and ICU from before I would  guess

Canada as a whole is dropping, but this week not so much

US is dropping at a moderate rate

UK keeps going down at a steady rate with this week's average day below 2000 & despite it's much higher death / case rate, deaths are going down noticeably
I really tried to warn y\'all in 49  .. G. Orwell

We had another 2271 cases today and a positivity rate of 11.2 per cant..

If cases don't start dropping in a week to ten days after strong additional restrictions, we're really in trouble.

According to Alberta Health, a man in his 20s with no known comorbidities, a man in his 40s with known comorbidities and a woman in her 30s with known comorbidities died.

We have only had one one lockdown in Saskatchewan, while Alberta is in their third and we had less than two hundred cases today. We have a three stage profram depending on the percentage of people who get vaccinated to return to pre restrition life. Much to the chagrin of our NDP opposition. :laugh3:

Shame on Alberta's NDP/federal NDP for blaming the victim..

Alberta suffered the worst economic downturn in Canada thanks to the provincial NDP and the federal Liuberals..

We have a more youthful population than most provinces that are tired of bad times and they're tired of forced economic downturns..

They're not following restriction rules, and no NDP government is going to force them to despite their love of draconian measures,.

The only way out of this for Alberta is the same as other hard hit North American jurisdictions like Michigan, and California.....vaccinate as many people as quickly as possible.

I should have mentioned we only had one province wide lockdown. The city of Regina enacted a localized one.

Progs have used the pandemic to crush freedoms. The truth is the NDP wants higher case numbers the way the nazis wanted the reichstag fire.

TBH, I think there's enough short term evidence to suggest the possibility that these injections could be even more harmful to humanity long term.

I concede that we don't know yet... but short term reactions point towards long term neurological and immunological conditions growing.

Only time will tell...the time that they didn't allow for these new untested treatments before they rushed them for widespread consumption.

I think the evidence shows the benefits outweigh any small risk potential.

The evidence is pointing towards massive and widespread sickness, whether one gets injected or lives with one who was injected.
