I saw report today that Alta & ON are concerned about rising levels of Ba.2 in wastewater

Alta hasn't given new known case numbers, but ON is distinctly on the rise

As before, it will soon be everywhere. Based on the past, there are no surprises there

Some European countries are not stating back down

Initial Data: Protection from it seems good for those who got the original version .. and vaccines provide similar protection for both infection & severity

I saw that on local news.

Wastewater has become a very reliable way to track the extent of current cases.

All areas are seeing a rise at this time, some more than others

Fash: Do you have # of covid caused deaths for that period? The link I have omits them

Could you please give me link to weekly Alberta? - All my other sources dried up since Alberta went to weekly

Only 47 people in ICU in Alberta? That's low considering their population.

Actually, Alberta has consistently  had a low ICU vs hospitalization rate

The "why" would be interesting to know ... there will  be a reason

Opinion Piece (there are a lot similar to these now)

Wastewater is the new and reliable indicator > Denial is going to crumble as cases rise

I know, I know ... we all want it over. ... The bottom line is

Wishes, edicts, words, propaganda  will not determine the future

Don't they have a younger population than most provinces?

Yes. Alberta has always been exceptionally low on ICU ratio

.. also always  lead Canada in lowest deaths / case
