They are harmless to humans..



But they peck the cows boobs so badly that the vet has to kill the cow.

I would feed them by hand. They like sunflower seeds. When I'm not wearing gloves I love that feeling of their little feet clamping onto my fingers.

A few trees may have to be chopped.  You have to understand that where I live, we have no shortage of trees.  More tree species here than almost anywhere else in the world.



This is not Oz.  We have trees and water here, in great abundance.  At least in BC!
