I'll be honest...  Rural is the best way to go.  Even though it's not technically legal, many here drive their shit on the road for short periods.  Dude was fueling up his Kubota with Diesel today, and drove it out on the road...  Not legal at all, but in small White towns it's great!  Who would complain?  He might help you with a job!  



Here, if it doesn't affect you, you keep yer mouth shut!  And it works great, because everyone here is White and gets along!



And if someone really becomes a problem, they are dealt with by the community...  RCMP are literally non-existent around here, which is not a bad thing!
