I wonder how towns along the Jersey shore have been able to remain mainly White?  I think they need a healthy dose of diversity...  A healthy dose of Beaners and Sudanese!

This town remains predominantly white because it is expensive to live here. You need a decent paying job to afford the housing. Real-estate prices are high and property taxes are huge. Many of the homes are investment properties owned by the rich and used as vacation rentals which get exorbitant rents during the summer.. It's that way along most of the shore excluding shithole AC. The Jersey Shore has gone through a sort of renaissance over the past 30 years. It's no longer the working class group of seedy towns and cheap motels Springsteen used to romanticize about.



BTW we have a few beaners around....They cut and weed wack our lawns but most don't live here.

Power blipped a few times yesterday...Nothing too terrible but bad enough to fry the main cable box. So no TV until the service call tomorrow. No matter TV is shit anyway. Roads were flooded but I'm dry.
