Who said you had to be a slave to be impacted by the racism in this country.  The Civil rights act were passed in 1964, that wasn't really a long time ago.  



If you see how hard right wingers try to keep up statues of traitors to the US to put blacks in their place, how can you think racism has been resolved?



Who said there weren't educated blacks?  There's a gap between whites and blacks that can't be denied.  And since you were kind enough to use Nigerians as a counter point, it's clearly not a genetic problem now is it?

Nigerian immigrants in Canada, do very well..



But, not all African countries' immigrants have the same outcomes..



Nigerian culture emphasizes higher education..



Which is the same reason not all Asian countries' immigrants have the same outcomes..

Hey Oak, what race are Nigerians. If the reason such a large percentage of African-Americans are fuck ups is because of their skin colour than why are Nigerians leaving them in the dust. Do Nigerians bleach their skin the colour of those privileged whites when they apply for a job. Funny, white Americans don't discriminate against Nigerians who usually have darker than African-Americans.

I worked and lived in Nigeria. I had a few Nigerian girlfriends. If Oak understood their culture she would get why they succeed. Some tribes a lot more than others.



Blacks in the US should be blaming and then leaving the Democratic Party. They are the culprits why so many blacks are falling through the cracks.
