It's not bad, I kind of like the outside of his house, but the inside styling could use a renovation.  ac_umm

Talking about houses, my old man wants to build this design I've showed him last year.

It has potential.

I dont like whole carpet floors, white brick walls and walled yards.

I guess you could remedy that by planting more small trees and such.

Make it seem less like a prison court-yard.

Whole carpet floors, not a thing in nordic countries.

I prefer wooden floors.

Nice crib.

My dad and I like how it's not too big on the outside but has enough space for the interiors, but could use a bit of tweaking and reinforcement for the Canadian winters.

I was thinking of the same thing too, the carpet ruined the theme of the house and reeks of those prior to 90s North American homes when we first moved here.  I'm on the same boat and prefer the Nordic/Japanese style homes/furnishing, engineered hardwood floors is the way to go if ppl want something that is waterproof, easy to clean and free of fleas.

It's definitely bigger than average, but there's still bigger monster size houses, but is a nightmare to clean and maintain every year.

If someone can afford a place like that, they can probably afford to clean it.

I'll most likely have to move in with my parents too, and working less than part time atm due to lack of business and being disabled, I won't be able to let my dad turn a blind eye on me while I sit on my ass after coming home from my workshop, our family just isn't too fond of having a freeloading mindset, which makes me the caretaker of the house.  ac_umm
