I was a long haired kid who weighed 129 or so at the time. Tortured as well. My head was smashed into a cinder block wall and tortured by being denied sleep and warmth. Every time I was able to sleep they woke me right away and I was not allowed to sleep for days. A police officer would come into my cell and sexually assault me. Hard liquor on his breath. He told me I would get raped worse in prison if I didn't testify against 4 men. They coached me to lie and I did. That torture fucked me up. I have had ptsd since.



 I was so fucking cold in my cell. denied a blanket and most of my clothes unless I testified against the 4 men. I gave no information in the forced interogation but the recorded session was patched up to make it sound incriminating.



My lawyer, Berry Penner, had the recording checked by an expert and the recording was proven to be doctored in favor of prosecution. 4 men did 3.5 to 7 years in prison as a result. Whether or not they were guilty they never received a fair trial.



I am a 190 lb man now, not that kid. How do I make this right?
