How does your brain feel now?

After being on support calls ?

I go through that shit all the time. I work in this industry all day long and sometimes I'm forced to open support calls with vendors and start the process off with some level one mook who doesn't know a fraction of what I know. I try to be cordial but sometimes it's exhausting and I just demand to talk to their higher level engineers the minute the indian fellow picks up the phone.

It's easy.  Just click on the Gallery and push buttons until it does what you want it to do.  I put all the images I've posted here up there.

If I were a betting man I'd say that's an extension of a conflict that's probably showing up elsewhere on the forum too. It doesn't have the "feel" of something confined to a few lines in the shoutbox.
