That's Big Insurance kicking back lots of money to politicians and political parties to ensure they can charge outrageous prices for essentially providing the unnecessary service of taking a piece of paper from your doctor then handing it to the government and billing the government whatever the fuck they want.

I'm not sure about Medicaid but Medicare isn't a government program anymore, not really. People have to have MedicarePlus and MedicarePartB and all this happy horseshit that's run by Humana or some other parasitic for-profit insurance company.

THAT'S why the shit's expensive. The insurance companies bribe politicians to let them overcharge the hell out of everything and since the government prints its own money who fucking cares, eh?

Singapore has mix of public and private health care. It is mostly private companies delivering health care. It's sooooooo much better than Canada's government only no private competition universal health care. And guess what, it costs less and has better results. Singaporeans live longer than Americans and Canadians.

The US is the worst example of for profit health care. Canada is the worst example of government run universal health care. Watch what North America does, and don't do it.

It's been so weird lately for me, internet wise. Posting so lil on the forums, viewing so lil as far as polly tics as well. And now Virginia has mandated that porn sites have to enforce Age Verification, and Im not going through that, where you pretty much have to let them see your ID, and/or do a biometric face scan, fuck that.

 So now that we are all old and shit and living as a married couple....we simply schedule our substance abuse and prepare for it

 Today we go to his doctor app at 3....run to the bank so he can do his business, and then we will come home and make Pina coladas with the fancy rum he ordered last week.

 Normally we are bourbon drinkers and I'm so shamefully that I WILL pour a beer into my bourbon while he looks at me like I'm either the most brilliant woman he knows...or the most terrifying.

 Either way, I'll probably be shit faced later. I likely will NOT be posting because I'll be with him and this is our date night lol

Single payer health care would never work in the US. It would push the country to bankruptcy faster than it already is.
