I think it's time this place actually got a real flame match.

If forums that catered to "flame matches" were all that and a bag of chips they'd still be around, innit.

In the beginning there were Flames... and it was good.
Then some jackwagon had the horrible idea of "formalizing" and "adding structure" to flaming.
Lo, that was truly the beginning of the end for Flames; more and more of the Performance Artists buggered off as a tsunami of mediocre talents, carnival barkers, and dipshits took up the "flame match" banner, waving it vigorously (if a bit ham-fisted) hither and yon.
Yea, inevitably it came to pass that Flames were to be found not, nary a shred nor a speck.
All that remained was "matches"; chest-thumping idiocy and adjective-laden nonsense that deceivingly called itself Flaming but was most assuredly not.
The drama-fixated hordes, drawn by deceptive claims of "flaming" for their entertainment, began to think of the pedestrian displays as what they falsely claimed to be, not the abominations they truly were.
Then behold, as foretold, the bottomfeeders and dimwits destroyed the very arenas where their "matches" were held with endless petty vindictiveness and spiteful malice, of which they had inexhaustible supplies.
