I wish I could do a convincing Scottish accent.

It's a great language in which to be sarcastic; it's as if the cadences and intonation were made specifically for it.

The company owner came in today wearing a mask. Later I heard her in the bathroom hacking her lungs out. She's had two vaxxes and all the boosters and had Covid three times already and now she's got it again. She says this one is a 'sinus infection' and not Covid... uh, so why are you wearing a mask? Move over Typhoid Mary, here comes Covid Mary.

I had the same thing, couldn't even sleep the first night because I started coughing every three minutes. Faded away after a couple of days and didn't have any lasting effects. Just tough it out and you'll be fine.
