The Senate voted to overturn a Labor Department measure allowing investment managers to make socially and environmentally conscious investing decisions.

Biden is likely to veto the decision.

The vote represents a growing Republican backlash against policies perceived as "woke."

Senate Republicans made strides this week in preventing what they call "woke" retirement plan investing for Americans.

But President Biden will likely use his executive power to veto it.

The Senate passed a resolution on Wednesday to overturn a Department of Labor rule enacted under President Biden that allows retirement plan managers to take environmental, social and corporate governance considerations (ESG) into account when investing Americans' retirement account dollars. It's a move Republicans say will prevent investors from forcing their ethical views on Americans.

"The Biden administration wants retirement plan managers to invest people's retirement funds based not on the best return for the money — nope — based on woke ideology," Sen. John Barrasso of Wyoming, said on Wednesday.

The vast majority of Californians do not want their governor, Democrat Gavin Newsom, to run for president.

A new Quinnipiac University survey revealed the eye-opening news this week. The poll found that 70% of California voters do not want Newsom to run for the White House in 2024; only 22% said they do.

Yet these same morons refused to vote to recall that absolute retard corrupt piece of shit.

A state attorney general is advocating for a bill some critics argue could punish outspoken conservatives as domestic extremists, KTTH's Jason Rantz reported Wednesday.

"Some conservative views, or anything [Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson] deems as 'misinformation,' are examples of 'domestic extremism,'" Rantz said.

It's the "most dangerous bill in legislative history," the Seattle radio host added.

Washington is creating a state version of the ill-fated "Ministry of Truth," according to Rantz and others who have analyzed the bill.

The controversial bill proposes the establishment of a commission on domestic violence extremism. Rep. Bill Ramos, a Democrat, sponsored the bill which would create the 13-member commission.

HB 1333 describes the duties of the proposed commission as involving efforts to "combat disinformation and misinformation" and collecting data on incidents of "domestic violent extremism," the Center Square explains.

This is scary.

Though DVE is not explicitly defined in the bill, Ferguson has described the term as including noncriminal activities or speech, the outlet also says.

During his speech Saturday at CPAC, Daily Wire host Michael Knowles said, "For the good of society ... transgenderism must be eradicated from public life entirely — the whole preposterous ideology, at every level."

Knowles was underscoring how deleterious the transsexual movement has been, not just on the individuals who have been sterilized and mutilated with the help of pharmaceutical reps and surgeons, but on women and girls whose sex-specific spaces (e.g., prisons, bathrooms, shelters) and events have been infiltrated by biological males masquerading as women.

Multiple left-leaning media outlets — the Daily Beast, the Huffington Post, and Rolling Stone in particular — ran false reports intimating that Knowles had made physical threats, calling for the eradication of transsexuals and their so-called community.

Knowles immediately demanded retractions.

Despite subsequent changes to their headlines and in some cases editorial notes, a number of these liberal outfits and others continue to intimate that opposition to an agenda is tantamount to "genocide."
