and its just my opinion and i could be wrong but i believe that God made a special arrangement with judas.... salvation would not be possible without the blood of Jesus being spilled and i think judas was instrumental in that.... i could be wrong and ultimately it doesn't effect me so i try not to determine other ppls salvation status.... i'm barely gonna squeak by my damn self....

i'm not even gonna attempt to sort out how God handled either of them.... but i know that Gods patience and forgiveness is beyond our understanding.... maybe He did deal judas a hard hand.... maybe He didn't.... i'm not gonna hold Him to any code of conduct on the matter because i'm certain i'm not 'employee of the month' either....

But today's brand of Christianity is a joke, Dovey. It has veered off course & is a right wing capitalistic enterprise that enriches those at the top of its pyramid scheme. Most Christian churches are political ideologies masquerading as spiritual faiths.



Thats why I have started to revere Nature rather than a religion.



This is not to say that Jesus or his teachings are invalid. Its just most of the Churches which supposedly adhere to his teachings which are. Ie - the Russian Orthodox Church claims it represents Christian values but then its head who was a kgb agent, endorses Vladmir Putin & the invasion of Ukraine where Russian soldiers murder, rape & steal from unarmed Ukrainian civilians.

 And I say that because Christ wasnt concerned with government.  He is concerned with individuals.  I am NOT sure how anyone can read the teachings of Christ and take away from it that Jesus supports the government stealing wages from unwilling people and allocating it on what they decide is important.  



 Why do you think Christains oppose socailism but then turn around and open shelters and out reaches and hospitals and ministries?  



 Jesus tells today's socailist that instead of taking your neighbors wages against his will for your cause.....go out there, with YOUR time and resources, and help the downtrodden.  



 Jesus isnt a socailist, Joe. Tax collectors were offensive to God...that hasnt changed.



 If you took Gods teachings and tried to based a government on them?  We would have the funding documents. The bill of rights and the constitution.



 But you cant force world views, cant force charity.  Taxation is theft according to Jesus, Joe. He wants you to personally help people.



 Jesus would be labeled a far right extremist, homophobe and transphobe.  In fact there is no point in human history where Jesus wouldnt be ultimately executed as a radical.  The really telling thing is that it was the Pharisees and scribes ....the keepers of Gods temple and Gods Torah....who wanted Him dead. Not the perverted and cruel Roman's. The very people who should have recognized him.



 If Jesus walked the earth today He would be canceled on socail media, called a white supremacist and an extremist.  He doesnt value politcal parties.....that makes Him an enemy of the establishment like every one else.



 You really gotta ask yourself by which standards are you judging other people and if your judgements are warranted.  You are some how blaming Christian's for Putin and laying the charge of murder on them. That's unjust and dishonest.



 Do you understand we ALL are convicted and guilty in the eyes of God?  Your country has blood on its hands. My country has blood on its hands. Ukraine and Russia....blood on their hands.



 Would you be less offended by Russia if they were aborting Ukrainians?  God doesnt see the difference, Joe. Shedding blood is shedding blood...we kind dont get to customize how God views sin to accommodate our twisted human views.  



 You cant rework scripture to fit into your thinking. You have to rework your thinking to fit into scripture. You cant make Jesus a socailist and start convicting His church by human politcal standards. Especially Joe when the church has been serving the poor for 2k years globally and has done so right through periods of persecution we cant even fathom. If you understood the bible and the teachings of Christ?  Well youd see why trying to replace God with government never works. Or why giving the government all this power and all these resources will never be in harmony with freedom and equality.  People often look at the early first church and see a communist community.....and they were. You cannot...CANNOT....replicate that on a nationwide scale.



 You need to stop equating American evangelicals with Christianity. It's really not the same thing at all.  A Christian is a Christain first and will always be more right wing because the least amount of power a government has the better.
