My MIL got her dining table at Pottery Barn for 3k. I don't get the hoopla about PB. It's not that expensive.

She lives in a dilapidated 1100 sq ft shanty hut not much bigger than the porta potty builders use when constructing real homes which happened to be willed to her by some long lost kin who was probably so universally unliked that not even donating the pile of rubble to charity was an option.



Now this is where the detrimental effects of prolonged alcohol abuse on the cogent thinking process really starts to shine. know any instances where proper decorative layouts call for allocating 35% of your entire usable living space to a fucking table?

Dipshit, first of all you are within walking distance of a homeless encampment in any direction so unless those two cars were a set of tin soda cans of the rust tint and gas leaking out the radio variety I'm pretty sure those bums would be at your fucking doorstep with power tools recently snatched off a homedepot faster than you can consume a 750ml bottle of that cheap blue label dog piss you drink top to fucking bottom without a pause just to chase your personal misery away.



Second. We touched on this already. Are you planning on entertaining some random assemblage of midget misfits who can trace their origins back to the oompa loompa  bloodline that do not mind sitting on the surface of the table with their legs folded to consume whatever repugnantly dense and under cooked bird innards you are trying to pass off as food?  Because, honey dear, there isn't a room in your postage stamp capable of accommodating table that size unless you went full metal retard whino and said to yourself "sure the house could come collapsing down if I knock over a few load bearing walls but if I want this table I shall have it! "
