Pennsylvania is a closed primary state so he probably only changed his registration so he could vote against Trump in the recent primary.  The guy also donated $15 to Act Blue; a far left super pack.  Lastly, of this video is real then he posted a video just before the shooting where he is sitting in his car, states his name, then declares he "hates Republicans and Trump" before claiming "you have the wrong guy".
