I'm not surprised you're finding it incompatible, your understanding of what constitutes flaming misses the fundamental core component of what made flaming a success on forums like Flame4Cash.

You don't need to know someone to flame them, you just need to be adept at inventing ridiculously tautological and politically incorrect prose describing them as a flaming homosexual. That's it. That's all it ever was. Anyone that pretends otherwise is only doing so to leverage some imagined "talent" they may possess to gain an advantage, likely because they are deficient in penning humourous and original homoerotic rhetoric of their own, or because they (mistakenly) think the aim is all about beating an opponent instead of getting all present (including the opponent preferably) to piss themselves laughing at just how hopelessly gay they supposedly are.
