Live music goes here.

Although I didn't see 'em at the Fillmore, I did see Humble Pie in concert.  Glad I did. I'd say my favorite cut from their Fillmore album is:

Amen.
Deo vindice

Herman

Give me live music anyday over the studio.

Damn the Nuge was high energy.

From The Last Waltz:

Limey band. I like this tune. I like it a lot. 😉

Amen.

This album was huge when it came out. Frankly, I got sick of it as it got played to death, IMHO. That said, I saw Frampton years later after his flame had faded. I have to hand it to him - his is an excellent musician. And, this song is good:

Deo vindice

Herman

Stu, check this tune out.

Anyone remember The James Gang?  They had a nice run until Joe Walsh left. I saw 'em in concert in support of the Bang album and it was good.  I didn't realize at the time that it would also be one of the later performances of the great Tommy Bolin who , sadly, OD'd at only 25 years of age.

I saw 'em years later on one of the reunion tours with Joe Walsh. Anyway, this is a live recording of their signature tune at Carnegie Hall:

Amen.
Deo vindice

Herman

Yeah, I remember them. Canadian power trio. They were big for a while.  :good:

Amen.
