I'm on a hunt to buy some chick pea flour so I can make some home made veggie pakora this week sometime.



Not sure about the ingredients...prettty much depends what a person likes.  I'm thinking cauliflower, potatoes and onion.



Anyone got a veggie pakora recipe?

Speaking of tacos, I had grilled shrimp tacos that were awesome on Saturday at a local taco joint.



Last night I made Panko fried salmon with cauliflower rice and an eggroll.

Besides boneless skinless chicken breast, they have shredded mozzarella, mayonnaise, eggs, dill and flour..
