I'm making curried turkey with rice tonight.

Mexican food and Margarita date night....no cooking for us.  ac_biggrin
I've learned that if someone asks you a really stupid question and you reply by telling them what time it is, they'll leave you alone

I'm still in camp. And with this cold we are in I will be here until the first week of  April. But, Wednesday is steak night. I wish they had barrel wash night.

caskur

I got 2 kilos of Prawns (shrimp USA) and the were raw so I had to cook them

I threw them into salted boiling water with sweet white wine vinegar... The water temp was lowered from the prawns and 3 minutes had gone by and it still hadn't re-boiled so I said, nah, that's it, that's enough into to icy water you go. They were PERFECT...

I saved the water, and put all the shells, heads, tails and legs back in and boiled up a prawn stock.

I should make seafood chowder tomorrow.

Damn, I never thought of doing that, making some stock with the leftovers. Mmmm chowder, do it!

Tuesday I had salmon on the grill, yesterday I had tuna on the grill, tonight I had a TV dinner lol.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

I had jambalaya with blackened catfish one hour ago.

Had fried chicken on Friday.

Saturday I grilled shrimp with Jamaican Jerk season, cole slaw on the side and red beans and rice with cornbread.

Sunday I made fried salmon patties, with tater wedges and creamed corn.

Tonight, canned soup.

Did you cook or buy the fried chicken?

If you cooked it, was it deep fried or pan fried?

And I've never used Jamaican jerk seasoning, but I'd like to.

I dont think they cover the whole US either, mostly down South here.

I've never had their boneless strips. I usually get their chicken when Im in the mood for Cajun chicken. Or I'll get a country ham biscuit, or Cajun chicken biscuit. The sweet potato pie is good too.

From looking at their menu, it seems all their chicken is boneless.

Not if you look at Dinners, Family Meals, and Boxes lol.

Wish I had checked the site sooner, country ham biscuits are 2 for $3.49, and I just bought one Saturday for almost $3. I'll remember next weekend lol.

They do have pieces of fried chicken with meals...like the Swiss Chalet chain here.

Frood

I had leftover lamb vindaloo last night.

Hard to see but the huge chunks of lamb were super tender and almost melted in the mouth.
