I love Turkey. I roasted/smoked a small one on my Weber a few years ago. Took a while, but it was awesome. It's the only way I can eat chicken now.  Whole on the barby. Did you put a rub on before the oven?

I make fresh sage, salt, peppercorn, dried garlic. One lemon, ginger inside and stuffing. I want China five spice powder, son in law don't want.
