Was something different I came up with a few years ago. I like trying new things, same ol' same ol' gets boring after a while lol.



Another one I do in the Winter (since I dont grill as much), is I put jalapenos on it, then drizzle with honey, and bake it. Like a sweet heat salmon.

Im making my weekly menu today, so I dont know what Im having yet lol.



My friend ordered from the butcher shop, but it hadnt came yet. We were suppose to do that this weekend. Boneless ribs, smoked ghouda mac and cheese, and baked beans.
