It's a coastal/estuary fish here. Very flavoursome.... white flesh...

Starting a 26 hour sous vide chuck roast. Should be ready tomorrow at dinner time.



Our whiting look different but they are tasty. Catch a lot of them in the surf down here, inshore as well.
