I used to order it broiled at my favourite seafood joint back in the east coast USA. The place was called Cameron's Seafood and I'm sad to say that this favourite joint of mine is now permanently closed. They have other branches though so I hope some of them survived.  ac_crying

Huge brisket going on the pit early in the morning for a 10-12 hour low and slow. Will be making BBQ sauce tomorrow. Gonna take lots of onions for the sauce. Might even make some of my onion bread.

I'm making a kale, quinoa, and avacado salad today..

Just made a little over a half gallon of BBQ sauce. Caramelized 4 huge onions to put in it.
