A creamy cauliflower and cheese soup from some very tired looking cauliflower....  :laugh:



But it got roasted first.... so, it was still nice.

Barbecued some lamb and bacon to make sangas (ie sandwiches) for work tomorrow. Put them on thick cut toasted sourdough bread with Colby cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, Kewpie Mayo, and a Carolina Reaper Chili sauce.



Easy clean up....
