You are an idiot. Blame the US for Mormonism and blame the US for the ravings of a drunken failed sci-fi writer.  :001_rolleyes:  :oeudC:

You make about as much sense as tits on a bull. Take that teenage anti-American angst and shove it up your blowhole. Time to grow up old man, even if it is 70 years too late.

Who else is to blame?

In particular, the US government has stood by and allowed, then enabled, the Scientologists to proliferate. It has granted TAX FREE status to a gaggle of lunatics who believe the demented rantings of a scammer and con-artist. It has stood by while it blackmails, harasses and intimidates its victims, and has done nothing to examine how the vast sum of money its peons hand over is spent. And us usual, this detestable and abhorrent mafia spreads all over the globe.

You bet I blame the US...because it gives NO fuck as to the consequences of its idiotic complacency and bizarre attitude to cults, organisations and corporations who behave in such an anti-social and destructive manner.

In fact, it rewards them. Just ask the banks that remained after the GFC of 2007.

Its your shit. How about you clean it up?

Mormons deserved their persecution. They still do.

This, from the nation that, in keeping with America's belief that only America is right, developed its own cult, called Mormons, and that utterly despicable and vile criminal organisation that is Scientology.

Don't fucking starting on programming, melontits. On that issue, you are on the same thickness of ice you find on your windscreen in winter.

South Korea had the Unification Church and "Moonies".

From what I have experienced, Mormons as people are generally decent.  It's the higher up heirarchy that's cultishly evil.

We have some majority Mormon towns in SW Alberta. Cardston being the biggest one. The people there are fine and that temple is one cool building.

I have no probs with them. Their beliefs are bizarre, but it's really none of my business.

Why is genealogy so important to that religion?

"Allowed them to ploriferate"????  Before I even touch upon the criteria for tax exempt status and the US government's 30 plus year old legal battles with Scientology, tell us how the US gov was supposed to use powers it doesnt have to persecute, bar and forbid a belief system because it sounds unorthodox? Do you even realize the slippery slope that is? Do you realize how crazy you sound? You really are out of your Aussie, sheep, fucking tree.

But being an Aussie I wouldn't expect you to understand concepts like liberty and religious freedom. You live in a secular, socialist, corral full of gap toothed assholes where your gov tells you when to shit, how much and want what color it should be on any given day so you obviously don't get it. Obviously in douche down under land its okay for the government to squash and supress thought or beliefs. What a fucked up place. No wonder every Aussie I have ever met was such a socially stunted, rude, unbearable, annoying twat.

Oh and lets not even touch upon how the Australian high court forced your states to accept Scientology on the basis of collecting payroll taxes. I guess in your fly infested, dog shit, country an organization that the government deems delusional, deceptive and dangerous is allowed to exist and "ploriferate" as long as the gov can squeeze a few nickels and dimes out of it.

Like I said previously, you're an idiot. I'm beginning to think that you are related to Joe.  :laugh3:

Quote from: "Renee"Oh Good God, you really are an angst riddled old fool.

Comparing a little boy praying with Santa to a brainwash child soldier is about the dumbest thing you have ever said and that's saying something.

I swear there are times when you absolutely nauseate me.

An early Xmas gift to me, then.

Rather than attack the player, why not prove me wrong?

If that was a muslim kid of 4, asking his imam for the head of an infidel, how would you feel then?

The American child is asking for salvation for a baby he ahsn't met, clearly and manifestly "programmed" by his handlers to do so. To American values, this is a charming and heartwarming gesture, despite its obvious exploitation.

To a muslim, killing infidels is a part of the survival and protection of their land and way of life. A child praying for the protection of his home by seeking the killing of one that threatens it would be seen as charming and heartwarming.

We are, of course, reviled at that concept, yet it is all a matter of perpsective.

The principle of forcing belief systems on young children to perpetuate lies, myths and deceit is abhorrent.

In any culture.

Puke your heart out.

How can you make a comparison like that?

 :001_rolleyes:

Because he's a horse's ass and he assumes that ALL small childern that have a rudimentary understanding of God and prayer must be under the evil spell of overly zealous Jesus freaks.

That's secular socialist programming in action. A significant number of atheists in this world behave like a militant cult. They see religion as evil and exposing children to any form of it, no matter how limited, as a form of abuse. Remember how loony evs comment about abuse and sending your children to religious private school was?  Well Crowley's assumptions in this case are about just as nutty.

This also play's right in with his teenage angst regarding the US. To a furious anti-American idiot like him, a child praying is symptomatic of the social decay in America and as you know our arrogant foaming at the mouth Aussie will never pass up an opportunity to bash the US.

I'm use to this incorrect assumption.

Well I'm not. I find it offensive because it makes the assumption that small children are stupid and have no intellectual curiosity and that they content to just play with teddy bears and alphabet blocks.
Atheists have this delusion that anyone who is religious is brainwashed. They are unable to accept and respect anything outside of the secular world view.  They always go to these borderline insane delusions of Christian militancy when it comes to parents raising kids in Christian homes.  They'd rather our kinder age kids be doing more secular things. Like playing with plastic prostitutes(Bratz dolls), getting programmed by disney, and reading planned parenthood books about masturbation and anal sex (it's perfectly normal). Yanno, heslthy, non brainwashing things.

Sorry Dove, but I'll go toe to toe with you on the detriment of religion on sexuality, specifically as it pertains to kids any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Based on guilt catholic dogma that isn't biblical and is known for sexual abuse.  God made sex.  I was way more twisted sexually by the world than by religion. There is a balance, and teaching kids to think of sex as bad and dirty is bad just wrong oversexualizing them.  You have orgasm because God made the body to have them. You can't go toe to toe with me from some catholic standpoint.  It's not my position. You can try, of course....but I have the only 2 girls in the school who aren't boycrazy or trying to wear make up. Sex is an act of love that's more than physical, despite the secular view that we should rut like pigs as if it's a handshake and advertise our bodies. 12 year old girls don't need padded bras, or socks that say "flirt", or dolls dressed like they are about to do a stage set at the local strip club.

I just don't see anything wrong with books about masturbation or knowing anal sex is okay for consenting adults who take proper pre-cautions or knowing their reproductive options.  I don't give a flying fuck about padded bras, words on socks or dolls that look like strippers.  I care that my kids have an open relationship with me where they can discuss decal issues and they aren't ignorant of their sexual selfs or choices.

I have also seen many Christian parents pull their kids from sex ed classes.
