As a Mod, [Romero] was actually OK.  He did a fairly good job of separating his personal beliefs from his Moderating decisions (something that is more difficult to do than most people think)...

Very few posters can handle the job properly.  The fact that it pays nothing and eats up all your time doesn't help.



Admins need to know this, before handing over the keys to certain people.
