Ok I should have said can you find for me the sewing patter for this cape but I needed your attention. Anyway your help would be much appreciated. I have to make this cape for my friends little one for her birthday in August.

Anyways, that was just the cape, did some more research, and found it is an Aurora Sleeping Beauty Costume. Here's a link on Pinetrest:

They don't appear to be for children. However, a cape wouldn't be that complicated to downsize for a child.
