I would never buy a unit in a building that has any significant proportion of renters.



My property values would go down, and I don't like the smell of Ethnic cuisine.



There has to be a few white buildings left for us White folk!

My brother in law moved into his condo when it was first built..



For the first few months, units were either empty or owner occupied, but now a large number of them are rented out.

Every unit here was sold before the building was built.  (had to wait almost six more months for completion to move in)...

Same with the building my brother in law owns his unit, but they could be nearly half rentals today..

Not many places for White boys left here...  Vancouver is what it is.



My building is good.



I don't mind the Asians (Christ, there's enough of them around here all of a sudden), but my property values go up.



I can sell, if I have to.

The main thing is that renters don't seem to care about the building the way owners who live in their units do.
