We have a province, Alberta that claimed it was debt free at one time. How can they possibly make that claim when the federal government had over six hundred billion in debt at the time(higher now).

Funny, I saw a chubby sunburned guy this morning on the beach with a metal detector. Watched him for 30 minutes or so. Looked like he was scoring. Walked over to ask him.
