I was just pointing that the same jobs in different industries pay differently depending on turnaround, location, and availability.



Take for instance the mines of Northwestern WA... a kitchen hand in the camps makes well over the first 6 figures on FIFO...but restaurant help in the capital and outlying regional areas just scrape by..



I see it with my work. We get beefier government contracts... most contractors don't have that clout.
