That was a big one.

Someone recorded strange lights in the clouds above Mexico when it happened. Makes me wonder if it was HAARP. Skip ahead to the :30 second mark...

I think it was probably similar to lightning. Seemed to emanate from the ground like lightning. No telling what kind of magnetic forces were at play or what kind of elements were getting rubbed together that could cause it. Maybe similar to the Aurora Borealis.

Those are the signs of an HAARP attack! Thats why I was thinking it. It was also the ones seen over Japan when they had that quake a few years ago. Was the same aurora borealis lights and was on video too.
