At 20,000 permanent residents from China admitted each year it would take fifteen years to surpass NYC and that's only if no Chinese moved there for fifteen years which isn't going to happen.

I think Van had the second biggest Chinese population at one point only eclipsed by San Francisco's but that was like 20 years ago.
