..what exactly does this cabbage tastes like in raw form? I know some of you eat it....I believe I've had it cooked but I could mistake it for bok choy.

I want to buy it to make myself an Asian salad...is there another cabbage that can be substituted? And I don't like kimchi, so I won't be using it for that.

Both are staples in Asian cuisine..

We almost always serve them  cooked.

Ahh ok. I see it in the produce section and doesn't look appealing.  I'm gonna stick to regular and purple cabbage.

But now!....Should I make a peanut dressing? Or a vingarette....problem is I can't find a decent Asian vinagarette recipe...anyone got one?  I love the ginger but not the siracha.

Cabbage rocks! A cabbage salad with a sweet dressing...or even boiling it and drizzle with butter...yum yum!

If you don't eat your greens, you don't get any pudding!!

I found this dressing:

1/3 cup canola oil

1 clove garlic

4 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp sesame oil

Blend all ingredients in blender.

This sounds good to me, but I may throw some fresh ginger in there as well.

I'll toss a leafy salad because my husband likes it, but I like veggies hot.

There are other recipes that family or siracha and chilies.  I prefer more sweet vinagarette,  but tomeach their own.

I don't like crunchy noodles in my salad, maybe nuts.
