Need a word to appear clever? Call WORD OF THE WEEK 911 https://www.dw.com/en/word-of-the-week-treppenwitz/a-17986514">https://www.dw.com/en/word-of-the-week- ... a-17986514">https://www.dw.com/en/word-of-the-week-treppenwitz/a-17986514

Word of the Week: Treppenwitz > "I wish I had thought of this snappy comeback earlier!

"With this German word of the week, you'll be prepared with a witty retort."

Tip: You can make it even more impressive by creating a personal touch - for example "My grandmother had a word for that""
I really tried to warn y\'all in 49  .. G. Orwell

Bricktop

Well, no-one actually buys his faux-intellectual posturing, do they?

Other than he's a "political scientist". That puts him squarely in the JOE, Odinson, Edward camp.

Now, all he has to do is pretend he's female and he's covered all the whackjobs.

QuoteWell, no-one actually buys his faux-intellectual posturing, do they? .....

No. Most never have ... but one has to admit that it's fun watching his efforts

True. I miss him already.

Hope he comes back. I'm bored slapping the back of Freud's bald scone.

A better translation, and more pungent if one notes the timestamps, is YESTERDAY'S FUNNY TODAY.

BTW, the grandmother is real.  I'd post her picture, but it's a bit of work for someone not really interested in her.

Quote from: "Bricktop"I couldn't help notice you started a thread at PO, then declined to post anything in it.

Wow, are you writing a book?

Bricktop

Uncanny.

How did you know?

Its called "Reflections On Peaches Greatest Posts".

All I have is blank pages at the moment, though.

Doesn't that say more about your habits of reflective procedure than it says about my greatest posts?

Not to mention that Peach's greatest posts are not to be seen anywhere you're likely to look, of course.

True.

I tend to avoid public rest rooms.

Oh My!! While appropriate and earned, that won't go down well.

Of course she "is real". Everyone has a "real" grandmother in their lineage ... 2 in fact

However, unlike "Google Grandmothers"  .. one of mine was actually  German

"Google Grandmothers"

I can't believe you think there is trolling material in this grandmother thing.  I've done my genealogy, and my ancestry's roughly 5/8 German, mostly from Lower Saxony but a little Bavaria.  Have some of my sauerbraten and you'll know.

Yet again, for one who claims not to be a flamer (as opposed to one who tries and consistently fails) you seem to see flaming techniques such as "trolling" in every post that challenges your inanity.

Come clean, sunshine...you're not a flamer...but you WISH you were.

Hey. Have respect. Google-knowledgeable has his very own islamic library  ... I know this with absolute certainty because he actually went so far as to stage .. I mean take and show a distant pic of it

The narcissistic old faggot fancies himself a scientist of trolling.

Ms Peaches isn't a little girl?

Apparently we've stumbled on the reason you're such a failure at internet forums, despite your persistence and dedication.  Trolling isn't part of flaming, it's exactly the reverse.  Flames are simply one of the tools in a troll's kit.

That's why I never claim to be a flamer...it's too small minded, writing textwalls in organized "matches" and it's why "flaming" as a separate sport has died out.  But I have no trouble flaming as a part of trolling, and your pal cc is a good example of one way to do that.  She's actually a much smoother troll than (for instance) you.
