Authorities also said they found books in Bayon's home that included the titles "How to create a foolproof new identity," "Middle Eastern Terrorist Bomb Designs," and Silent But Deadly: homemade silencers."

Tbh I'm kind of stumped too... and not sure what to do.  I assume the only way to fix this is encourage more people to become conservative and grateful of the benefits of living in the US, and let them know and understand the West will not last at this rate of migrants coming in, and will lose what they want and love so much.  I guess the only way is to be honest, rational, treat every American as an equal and let them know there's many great advantages of living in the West.  And just keep letting them know and eventually they'll be more and more grateful.  



Even though it's just from a sci-fi anime about wars and global/space conflict, but a really good anime called Gundam 00, one of its message that inspired me through out the whole series was "There can never be peace, without understanding".
