That would be the legal test if a libel case comes up.



Easter makes a point about it affecting election results but the US has a long history of political satire so I think it will stand as fair comment.

Trump is the choice of a significant portion of the GOP grassroots, but hated by the party establishment. Clinton is the Democrat party establishment, but she is not trusted by the grassroots nor does she excite the base or independents to get out and vote. Except of course to block Trump.

I have never watched an American election like this one in my life. And the fun has not even begun yet. The GOP will have a contested convention and the Dems will hold their nose and vote for Secretary Clinton.
