It is prudent to hunt discount prices but you usually get low quality goods.



High-quality goods also have lowered prices if they won´t sell.

Like when the expiration date is coming close.

There are other factors at play to though one of the most important being it just isn't selling.

The one on Davie Street sells crack pipes. They put little fake flowers inside and seal up the end with tinfoil to make it look like it is not a crack pipe, but it is. They should be ashamed of themselves. I used to live in a penthouse around the corner and drug dealers would sell crack or meth all night to dirty looking dumpster divers (Bute and Davie street). I only go into that dollar store to get tools or emergency items. It is owned by South Asians, not that it makes a difference.
