...I know this. White people stopped having kids in the numbers that they once did.

Up until the 1950's or so, the woman's job would be 'at home,' to tend to the kids, and the household.

That changed in the 1960's, in the West.

Women wanted their 'freedom.' Their freedom to work, but not at home! To work at a job!

This shift brought us tremendous problems, as we weren't procreating in the numbers necessary anymore...

China and Taiwan never had a one income housewife culture like Korea and Japan and some Western countries..

Taiwanese women have always been income earners.

We do need to be extremely selective so that we get ONLY people who will contribute positively, whether refugee or otherwise

Thinking we can help by taking a few politically correct refugees is folly. There are so many 100s of millions of people who would qualify for the definition in the world as a whole that we cannot help that situation in the overall.
