A lot of aspiring actresses are out of the job now..

The thing that is so scary about this is that they can have a guy imprisoned without any evidence.

Just based on their word.

However, I want the standard of beyond reasonable doubt to remain intact so in the event they were lying for personal gain an innocent man does not end up going to prison. In this instance justice failed. A man who was not proven beyond reasonable doubt was sent to prison, thus eroding the system as a whole.



And that should concern all of us.



Notice how I didn't say an "innocent man" in this instance? Why? Because we really do not know if he's innocent or guilty based on the information provided by the prosecution but he's going to prison anyway. Justice failed us here and I pray that one day mine, or your sons, do not reap the consequence of this tragic failure.
