All of Europe's dictatorships were made possible by situations that demanded change. That is true of the Russian Revolutuon and the founding of the USSR. Czar Nicholas the second needed to go.

It was a war, people usually die during such times. Blaming Hitler for the entire thing is ridiculous. Initially he tried many times to prevent it from happening, but that power hungry, war monger, Churchill, had other ideas.
