They never swoop. The land on my knee or shoulder and sing to me.

And all visiting wildlife are on portion control.

My daughter, who stops by to check on me and make sure I eat, came by last night and dragged me out to an all-night flea market a couple towns over.  A place called Wheaton with lots of rich folks, so I knew there'd be a lot of cool stuff.  I played "American Pickers" for three or four hours and came away with a really cool piece of artwork to hang up in this empty space I have on a wall.  It's a framed piece of antique embroidery.  I think it's Persian, but the colors are awesome and it matches my other art.

Other than that, I'm just lazing this Sunday away.  Gonna go get a corndog and watch some local bands this evening at a local fest.

I like signed originals too.  I found a lot of cool pieces during my pick, but most of them were litho and the originals were too pricey.
