Science has debunked the use of masks in preventing transmission of COVID, but the Trudeau government is still lying to Canadians about masking.


Trudeau government still peddling COVID misinformation

A new report from the non-profit Cochrane Library in the United Kingdom, a clearinghouse of health-care information, confirms that most of what the government insisted people do during the pandemic were useless in preventing COVID infection or reducing COVID severity.

Of course, governments should have known all of this, because the limited usefulness (and more-frequent uselessness) of facemasks, self-isolation and lockdowns/closures were well documented in biomedical, industrial health and public health journals prior to 2020.

These limitations were also documented in governmental reports of high-profile governmental agencies including the World Health Organization. Our public health and medical officials, in particular, have absolutely no excuse for not knowing this information — it was literally their job to know and act on such knowledge.

To bring things up to date, the Cochrane Library recently confirmed that "wearing a mask may make little to no difference in how many people caught a flu-like illness/COVID-like illness; and probably makes little or no difference in how many people have flu/COVID confirmed by a laboratory test." And that "pooled results of RCTs (randomized clinical trials) did not show a clear reduction in respiratory viral infection with the use of medical/surgical masks." And there were "no clear differences between the use of medical/surgical masks compared with N95/P2 respirators in health-care workers when used in routine care to reduce respiratory viral infection." Note that these are the people you expect to actually know how to properly wear or fit N95/P2 masks (which are still no better than surgical masks, which are ineffective at blocking respiratory viruses).

And yet, the Trudeau government is still promoting masks. Its website says "masks are one of the most effective individual public health measures that we can use to protect ourselves and others from COVID-19."

The Canadian public is still suffering from the effects of an array of utterly wrongheaded policies implemented by governments across during COVID — policies that had been shown to be useless in the scientific and health literature existing at the time they were implemented. And yet governments have not only refused to admit that their guidance, policies and mandates were wrong on scientific and health merits, but they're also still publishing them.

The Trudeau government — like governments in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union — has been strident and aggressive at policing what it deems misinformation and disinformation about COVID-19 (and the government response) across traditional media and social media. But it should take a good hard look in the mirror because policymakers are a major part of the problem.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has "gone rogue," according to virologist Dr. Robert Malone, who accused the federal agency of sacrificing its own rules and regulations with its decision to recommend the latest batch of COVID-19 boosters, which only have limited clinical trial data attesting to their efficacy and safety.

In 2021, the CDC came out with a study showing that 78 percent of the people who were hospitalized for COVID-19 were either overweight or obese.

But what was perhaps even more surprising than that finding was how quickly it was buried.

Fast forward to the present, and exactly one week ago, the CDC released updated data showing a new surge in the rates of obesity across the United States.

A new scientific report challenges the idea that COVID-19 vaccines have prevented deaths after researchers assessed all-cause mortality in 17 countries and found COVID-19 vaccines did not have any beneficial effect on reducing mortality. Instead, researchers found that unprecedented peaks in high all-cause mortality in each country—especially among the elderly population when COVID-19 vaccines were deployed—coincided with the rollout of third and fourth booster doses.

The report, published Sept. 17 by Correlation Research in the Public Interest (pdf) (not yet peer-reviewed), quantified the vaccine-dose fatality rate (vDFR) for all ages—which is the ratio of inferred vaccine-induced deaths to vaccine doses delivered in a given population. After analyzing mortality data, the researchers calculated a mean all-ages fatal toxicity by injection of vDFR of one death per 800 injections across all ages and countries. This equates to 17 million COVID-19 vaccine-related deaths worldwide from 13.25 billion injections as of Sept. 2, 2023.

A new review suggests that COVID vaccines "may trigger" rheumatic immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, including arthritis, vasculitis, lupus, and adult-onset Still's disease.

On average, patients developed rheumatic diseases 11 days after vaccine administration, according to the study. Seventy-five (over 27 percent) of these patients experienced total disease remission, and about 50 percent improved following treatment. Eight were admitted to intensive care, and two died from their symptoms.

"The short time span between COVID-19 vaccine administration and the onset of R-IMIDs suggests the potential possibility of a cause-and-effect relationship," the authors wrote.

Only 2% of Americans have gotten the updated COVID-19 vaccine, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

nly 2 Percent of Americans Have Received New COVID Vaccine: CDC

New research out of Germany observing rat and human heart cells shows that within 48 hours of vaccination, the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines form spike proteins.

Spike proteins, made from the mRNA instructions inside the vaccines, were detected in the heart cells. While both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines caused cell abnormalities, the two induced different anomalies.

The different responses the cells had to the two mRNA vaccines suggest an mRNA toxicity reaction in these cells, according to Dr. Peter McCullough, a leading internist, cardiologist, and epidemiologist who has published over 1,000 research reports and is the lead author of one of the first widely utilized treatment regimens for SARS-CoV-2 patients. He added that 48 hours was a short amount of time to observe this.

Health Canada has confirmed the presence of a Simian Virus 40 (SV40) DNA sequence in the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, which the manufacturer had not previously disclosed. There is debate among scientists with regards to the significance of the finding, with some saying it has the potential to cause cancer, and others saying it poses little to no threat.
