Go troll the video I just posted..

Trump fudged figures... the 100,000 that was paid to the whore got written as a business expense...  meaning it was used as a tax deduction, something like that.

This is how convoluted their case is and I don't blame you for not understanding the dynamics. It's a monstrosity

basically what happened is that the MVP of all liars, Michael Cohen, alleged that he paid stormy daniels out of his own pocket the 130,000.00 ransom because he was told to do so by Trump. Obviously he wanted to be paid back his 130,000.00 in full by the trump Org.

now here's where things really nose dive into the land of the absurd. Michael Cohens works under what is known as a retainer agreement and bills against said retainer agreement. Well, in the year that these payments were made that retainer grew to a size of 420,000.00 which is more than 3 times the 130,000 payment. Yes?

Okay, so the prosecution and cohen cook up a story that this 420,000.00 legal expense was inflated to 420K so as not to penalize Cohen for his good will in the form of a 35% tax burden on the 130,000.00

meaning, that had they handed him a check for 130,000.00 he'd be obligated to pay the NYS/FED income tax of approximately 35% or 45,000.00  as a personal net loss. And thus inflated the payment to 420,000.00 to offset a 45,000.00 loss. which is absurd when you consider that such an inflation actually means his NEW TAX BURDEN of 147,000.00 is larger than his reimbursement.

But it gets even better than that because -- so what if a privately held company misrecords it's own payments on it's financial ledger? Who are they hurting? It's not like investors or anyone for that matter is being lied to or injured here, so that's where this mysterious OTHER felony which they've yet to articulate comes into play.

so at the end of it all they want a person of reasonable intelligence to  believe a man known for some of the shrewdest business practices over a life time of deal making, author of the art of the deal, willingly OVER PAID both state and federal tax burdens by a vast amount on behalf of an attorney so that a washed up porn star wouldn't ruin his chances of becoming president in 2016 because she claims he fucked her in 2006.

But they're not quite saying how the latter is actually a crime. they're just saying that concealment of another crime is what is boosting this business record misdemeanor into a felony

Same man that was shown laughing in a video about "grabbing women by the pussy" and who openly admitted and reveled in the attention it brought.

Of course. They are  the "ministry of untruth" wing in this unholy web of treachery.

there's a lot more I didn't even get into which makes this case a legal three headed monster with butterfly wings, awful stench and crooked flight patterns

but the rest would probably make your head explode. Namely, how the prosecution's core element was that Cohen's payment to Daniels was a de facto donation to Trump's campaign, since the intention behind the payment was to abet his election by suppressing politically hazardous information. That payment's size greatly exceeded the legal cap on individual donations to a candidate, and therefore constituted a violation of federal campaign finance law and they rely on this vague standard in the NYS penal code to broadly cover what essentially would constitute a federal crime

§ 17-152. Conspiracy to promote or prevent election. Any two or more
persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to
a public office by unlawful means and which conspiracy is acted upon by
one or more of the parties thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Actually Bigly, Trump certainly wasn't the first presidential candidate to have his share of problems with extramarital affairs.

Another President, from the 19th Century and from New York was also embroiled in a scandal of his own:

Not saying Trump is or isn't guilty, but perhaps it's more an issue of changing social attitudes or 'the times catching up' with Donald Trump. In other words, he may not be any worse than many others who came before him.

Another was Warren G Harding.

...but they got away with it & he didn't.

what's the point?

If by now, a person hasn't come to these conclusions via the obvious facts staring them right in the face me attempting to point it out to them isn't going to help. They are either too generically deficient in the brains department or are too morally bankrupt to stand up and be counted on the right side of history.

Have you not seen avatar_Dove attempt to reason with these cockroaches civilly over at buttfucking fag factory? Have you seen them treat anyone who so much as slightly goes off the rails of their prefabricated narrative any differently? In the few times I have visited in the past several months I haven't. I've actually seen it to where they will dogpile a n00b viciously and relentlessly for merely asking a question that suggests the person is not 100% in perfect alignment with the edict.

These are not fellow Americans who merely have a difference of opinion, values and perspective on life. It's gone way beyond that. This is a cult. And like all cults they abhor their flock looking into facts themselves. Believe with mind body and full allegiance or be damned. There is no middle ground. I'm sure you've seen it, someone so convinced there is some fiery torment where damned souls go to experience unimaginable torment for all eternity at the decree of a God who is the very personification of love despite this concept being found NO WHERE in the bible that they will kick, scratch and scream when you attempt to prove to them otherwise. Via the very book they claim is the guiding foundation of their belief!

Same thing here. And I proved this most disturbing truth rather conclusively with the whole don't say gay fiasco that originated out of the Florida Parents Protection Act back in 2023. You remember that one don't you? Where every garden variety  libtard deviant scumbag railed & shrieked in shaking incompetent rage at anyone within striking distance about this statewide ban on the word gay?  And assured their lemming hollow headed followers that so much as the mere utterance of this forbidden word were heard by anyone within state borders the perpetrator would be immediately hogtied and barreled off to prison and possibly jettisoned into outerspace for their crime.

Did you know that piece of legislation doesn't even contain the word gay or any related synonym? Not so much as an inference to the act of homosexuality? And only applies to students in grades Kindergarten through 3rd grade? The simple premise that parents should have a say in tax payer funded education of their own children and the teaching of sexuality of any kind was inappropriate for children 4 through 8 somehow morphed into a state wide ban on the word gay. And nearly two years after the fact I would bet you a paycheck  that you will find more than a generous supply of useful idiots at pride parades and all along the west coast who will swear on the tombstone of their own mother that this bill actually stipulates such an utterance to be a serious felony.

read it for yourself -- it's only seven pages. I'm sure you wouldn't even be able to finish your morning cup of coffee in the time it takes to read the bill in it's entirety

www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2022/1557/BillText/er/PDF

Those simple words embedded into seven measly pages, which anyone in their right mind would agree is sound, just and reasonable literally mushroomed into a bout a frenetic hysteria. And you had the usual fucktarded perverts and pedophiles like Admong and Sewage rolling on out parrot this false narrative with angst, vigor  and what I would normally call righteous indignation were it not for the fact that they are both so morally debased that they could make Jeffrey Epstien himself marvel in awe.

But I've yet to get to the most disturbing part. You see, in times past democrats KNEW they had a bit of a stretch to propagate outrageous and patently false accusations like this. And fearing such they always made it a point to literally throw everything but the kitchen sink into one of their own bills before rubber stamping it in a congress controlled by their underlings who are there only to represent party interests. Hence, you'd end up with legislative documents longer than the bible complete with obnoxious phrases and run on sentences aimed at one thing. Making your average constituent literally beg for the Lovely Lemmings on the View to interpret it for them. And in a day and age where your average democrat has the IQ of a shoe size and the retention capabilities of a Gold Fish these Hens and many others like them were happy to oblige. For our populous must have their priorities in order, and One must get back to Keeping Up With The Kardashians after all.

And thus, we now live in a country where the elitist class can literally control the minds of their constituents through their bought and paid for proxies despite the fact that the truth, capable of completely dismantling the narrative they are propagating, comes in the form of a publicly available, 7 page document written in plain English.

And now we circle back with another interesting tidbit, germane to the original subject matter, which I did not disclose in any of my previous synopsis' on this farce of a disgustingly atrocious distortion of justice.

Did you know that one of the primary elements of this crime comes in the form of a bundle? The prosecution had to prove both the "mens rae" or intent of the accused and provide substantial evidence the accused knowingly committed said crime with the actual intent to commit this crime in furtherance of another crime which he would have a full understanding of at the time of commission and would willingly trespass regardless? Did you get all that dear? The patchwork and stitching of this Frankenstien of an indictment?

Aside from the fact that how could one even assume that Trump, a political n00b, with no legal background whatsoever would even have awareness to the existence of said statutes used against him you still had to prop up an expired misdemeanor into a felony charge via the testimony of  a serial & convicted liar who literally admitted to Grand Larceny right there on the stand! Something even dictators in banana republics are jotting down eagerly for future reference.

So no, Caskur, I will resist the temptation to do what a simple 7 page document and facts as plain as daylight cannot. Enlighten these willfully obtuse and ignorant scumbags. let them wallow in their own hate until the beast they've created, nurtured and unchained finally sets it's sights on them.
