I heard bits and pieces on the radio: what I'm hearing is that Trump nailed it with wanting to fix the economy (after all...it was better under a Trump administration)and clamp down on national security, particularly with all the immigrants running amok. His perceived "negativity" or defensiveness attributed to all the fake news and dog acts that his opposition are trying to sway the debate with.

Going to watch the debate shortly...everyone is saying it wasn't Trump's best performance but it's certainly a tight outcome?

True.  In some countries it's who can kill or threaten to kill the most of the other side.  I think that's how the Commie Han took over the rest of the Han in China except for the Free Han who live on Taiwan.  Politics in such countries are nice and tranquil as long as regular folks don't do anything to fuck up their social scores.
