If Trump imposes tariffs on Canada, it was Trudeau's choice

Joe is in my thread after I told him to stay the fuck out. I am not reading anything he posts, but I know he is in this thread because Lokmar is. And I told him to stay out.

I know, Joe is seventy years old and still thinks there is room on forums for disruption. There isn't.

I kinda felt for the guy after that Prowler dude tried to accuse him of senile rape! Some people are just out of their minds on these forums. Lol.

The weed's OK. We have dispensaries now.

I take it you're not a fan of tariffs.  I'm pretty sure Trump's just jumping that to leverage future negotiations, but I don't have a problem with them. Tariffs funded our federal government and protected and grew our domestic economy for most of the nation's existence.  I don't see why we can fund it more through tariffs moving forward.  Maybe we can do away with the income tax and let Elon and Vivek get rid of the IRS.

If I was still in Canada, I would totally support what Trump is doing. Forcing True Dope to finally do something about who enters(and leaves Canada) along with doing something about drugs besides giving them to junkies is long overdue.

We export to the US, but it's not too much of a problem as we also have a factory in California producing the Australian product. Just have to shift focus to the US and get some cheap labour from Brazil to alleviate some of the costs.

I'll rather see America's economy boom again!  :good:

The last time the tariffs were raised it didn't really affect Australia as a whole, as quite a few were wavered given the close relationship we have with the US.

I know. I got some grisly lamb chops a few weeks back that were imported from Australia.  They kinda sucked, dude.

Me too.  That would be good for everyone, even foreigners.

Lol...that's because all the good lamb gets exported to SE Asia and China, thanks to trade agreements. And China actually exports their fucking lamb back into Australia in exchange for cheaper technologies. It's fucked!

If my wife and I were to get a standard pack of prime cuts of lamb, it costs around $20.00 or more.

I love a good lamb chop.  We don't produce much here in the States because folks here prefer their beef and pork. The Aussie lamb I got is actually cheaper than domestic lamb from the butcher.  That's why I tried them.

I have had lamb at Greek restaurants back in Canada. I don't like the taste at all.

I love all meat, as long as it's underdone and bleeding. Yum—yum!

I enjoy lamb chops cooked in butter and splashed with mint sauce. Caramelisation bliss!

Good lamb is rich and tasty. The Greeks probably fucked it up with retzina or something greasy and middle easternish.
