Now the man who has been in my life....close to me...for 30 years, my best most trusted and longest friendship...well second longest. Most of my friends I've had since high school.

Anyway after 30 years of love and friendship and two years of happily being in love he is going to wake up any day now, realize I'm completely useless to him, decide our entire relationship is one sided and throw me out.

 After trying for a decade I went ahead and chose my mental health and sanity. I don't hate my ex. He just is not right or good for me.

 My older daughters both were very happy I chose to end it. It was very strained the last few years. They also knew I slept on a couch for 7 years. Another thing I've openly posted.

 I ended it for the best interest of not just me but everyone involved.

 And I'm still happy with my decision. Not just that but I'm very very happy with my person.

 And you are likely stuck in some shit marriage you aren't happy in with a man who isn't loving you properly. But he provides you with a certain lifestyle you are unwilling to give up so you are just enslaved.

I'm a fan as long as it's not cherry, watermelon, or some other reddish variety of jello. Once those start to melt it looks like they're wrestling in a vat of their own menses and frankly that's a bit off-putting.
